Are you strong in communication, but also technically savvy. Someone who effortlessly switches between customer questions, Webflow solutions, and setting up smart integrations?

Studio Flabbergasted has been around for 5 years and is growing fast. We are a club of 10 digital designers, Webflowers and photographers. Our goal? Create the best marketing websites with the best images and animations. We always go for the WOW factor and want our customers to be completely 'Flabbergasted' with our creations! As a Support Hero (medior), you are the point of contact for our existing customers. You manage the support inbox and ensure that questions are answered quickly, clearly and in the right tone. You help solve bugs, but you also actively contribute to new wishes and improvements. You know how to turn those wishes into sharp questions, after which you prepare and execute an appropriate quote yourself. Sometimes it involves minor tweaks, but often also about larger further developments. In those cases, you design — in the existing corporate identity, of course — in Figma and then build it through Webflow. You participate in customer meetings, where you advise on options and technical improvements. You work in a structured, independent and with an eye for detail, and always ensure that the customer feels heard and helped.

Skill set

  • You translate customer wishes into clear, thoughtful designs in Figma and then builds them pixel-perfect by Webflow
  • You have experience with Figma - otherwise you'll pick this up super fast
  • You have experience with Webflow (Client First, CMS Nest, Finsweet, etc.)
  • You understand how to set up integrations with Zapier, Make or Shopyflow — otherwise you'll learn it yourself in a flash
  • You are technically savvy and think in a solution-oriented way
  • You make realistic estimates of time and work and know how to achieve them efficiently
  • Are you stuck on something? Then you dive into tutorials, consult ChatGPT or do you get the right help
  • You are customer-friendly and communicate clearly - both via mail and in conversations
  • You work independently, organize your work smartly and deliver everything in a structured and timely manner
  • You take the initiative, take responsibility and don't wait for someone to ask you something

This is what you bring

  • You have at least 2 years of work experience at a digital agency and/or as a self-employed person
  • You are available at least 32 hours a week
  • You are an enthusiastic, smooth and friendly person
  • You are a good fit in an informal, creative work atmosphere
  • You love customer contact and are not afraid to think along and advise
  • You enjoy helping to further develop existing customers
